Working out at 10pm with my buddy Keon T Black 😁😁😁😁 I've been pushing myself when it comes to fitness & exercises. I often feel like I can't do it but then I just keep going! Strength training isn't fun & through tiny little baby steps I've gotten to this point.. celebrating lil victories/milestones on my journey ❤️ pretty impressed with myself! It's more of a mental challenge than it is a physical challenge like most things in life.
I'm part of this awesome accountability group that keeps you in check ((surrounding myself with like minded people)) so we do detoxes & fitness challenges where we keep each other accountability & motivated I love it!!! It's not so fun doing this on our own but if you have a group of people cheering you on you, it makes it easier!!! I'm super encouraged & I will keep keeping ON!!
