😂😂😂 my old life be like 😂😂😂 I seriously look back at all the meal prep I've done and laugh. The 'funny' things is.... I turned to meal prep when I was trying to restore my relationship with food and heal my disordered eating patterns but it did the exact opposite of that. It was all so consuming and obsessive. It was another part of my journey which ruined so many things in my life, took away many fun times, heaps of beautiful memories and further damaged my relationship with food... My advice... Just eat people!
Eat delicious, nourishing food. Enjoy it. Eat everything you wish in moderation. Choose wholefoods where possible. Utilise the power of supplementation to fill the gaps food don't reach. 80% nutrition (made up of 80% nourishing foods and 20% treats if you so desire). 20% movement. 100% mindset. And last but not least. Love your self. ❤
